Module 1 : Corporate and enterprise IT strategy
Delivering technology solutions to support new business and automate existing processes is not enough. Today's CIO's are expected to drive business growth and innovation through new technologies and technology strategies. This master class is designed to help CIO's explore the opportunities of unleashing business potential through IT investment, and delivering a long-term Technology Strategy that can provide a competitive advantage to the organisation.

Module 2 : Enterprise investment management and program delivery
Successful delivery of technology commitments to stakeholders while meeting (or beating) budget projections is the Financial holy grail of all CIO's. Today's world of rapidly changing business priorities, increasing IT commoditisation and our ability to deal with unexpected threats to delivery make realising this goal ever more challenging. This master class examines the factors critical to provide effective budget projection and management, enterprise program management capability and to ensure the organisation is capable of extracting greatest value from IT investment while adjusting direction and spend as necessary in a dynamic environment.

Module 3 : Managing corporate risk and business continuity
People, Premises and Data are the three key factors of any CIO's BCP strategy to mitigate the risks associated with unforeseen disruption from technology component failure, to a catastrophic event. This master class will enable today's CIO to map out the firms BCP strategy, clearly identify the scale of events that have been considered, and demonstrate corporate preparedness for managing the threat presented to IT departments from such occurrences.

Module 4 : Data centre strategy
Data will continue to grow exponentially - as will the pressure on those ultimately responsible for data management. This one-day course will assist CIOs in developing a robust strategy to meet the data centre challenges of capacity, efficiency and Green IT.
* This module will take place alongside the Data Centre & Cloud Strategics Conference & Expo, with a shared exhibition floor.
